Our company has been in the Commercial and Industrial Dry Cleaning business since 1964. Our President is a graduate of the National Institute of Dry Cleaning and Laundry, a member of The Pennsylvania and Delaware Cleaner Association ,  the International Fabricare Institute, (IFI), the National Association of International Linen Management (NAILM), the American Society for Healthcare Services (ASHES), the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology, the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America (SHEA) as well as participates on the Joint Commission Resource committee..

In 2004 a  225 bed acute care Hospital in Philadelphia came to Curtain Doctor, Inc. in need of “emergency” cubicle curtain cleaning as they were about to be re-accredited by JACHO.  In less than 8 hours our Mobile Wet Cleaning Facility, cleaned, sanitized, pressed and re-hung the Hospital’s cubicle curtains.

Utilizing our Wet-Cleaning Facility as well as BioGaurd will save lives and reduce the incidence of sentinel events while helping the CDC achieve its goal by reducing Hospital Acquired  Infections.
